- Regular samples are free of charge (shipping fees apply), while customized samples require a refundable deposit (deducted from the final order). Samples are shipped via DHL/FEDEX and delivered within 3–5 business days.
Order & Payment
- Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- MOQ for standard products is 500 pieces, and 1,000 pieces for customized products. Long-term partners may negotiate lower MOQs.
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against bill of lading), L/C at sight, and Western Union. Small orders can be paid via PayPal.
- Q: How long is the production lead time?
- Standard orders take 15–20 days, and customized orders take 25–40 days. An additional 5–7 days is recommended during peak seasons (e.g., before Christmas).
Shipping & Logistics

- We offer FOB Shanghai/Ningbo/Nanjing, CIF destination port, or DDP door-to-door services, with preferential freight rates and full tracking.
- Q: What if products are damaged during shipping?
- All products undergo 100% quality inspection and reinforced packaging before shipment. For damage claims, please provide photos/videos within 3 working days of delivery, and we will reship replacements free of charge.
